Together we will hold in compassion the 10,000 Joys and Sorrows of human incarnation, personal and global. And amidst it all, we will come to learn how to care and respond wisely, all the while resting in true faith, trust, and the undying spirit of love.

It may not be the easy way but if it feels right, you are on the right path. Sometimes practice is difficult and it brings up a lot of stuff so we reach places that are hard to get through. A teacher is somebody who leads you to a place where you can trust yourself.”
